Paulette Wittenbrink

The Rev. Paulette Babuka Wittenbrink is a creative and inspired preacher and worship leader who has a heart for the least and the lost. Her passion for sharing the good news outside the walls of the local congregation has for 20 years helped congregations to develop innovative ways of sharing the good news with their neighbors.

She has attended The New Church Start Academy and The Two-Year Academy for Spiritual Formation and is a life-long learner.

A 1972 graduate of Bluffton College and a 1995 graduate of Methodist Theological School of Ohio, she was ordained in the United Methodist Church June 2000. Her early training as an English and reading teacher has opened doors for her work as a journalist and copy editor prior to ordination. She answered the call to ministry while attending a new church start in Pickerington, Ohio.

She has served at Linden United Methodist Church (Columbus) as an associate (outreach), Rushsylvania Charge (Logan County) and Northern Hills UMC (Cincinnati). Paulette and her husband Tedd have lived in Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee and Texas.  They are the parents of two adult daughters and the grandparents of two grandsons.
